Here is how you do a Swissball Stirring the Pot; great exercise to challenge your core and upper body.

Start with the body over the ball and place elbows/forearms on top . Pull in stomach prior to lifting hips up . Elevate hips up until spine is flat. While maintaining the same hip-height, move arms in a circular motion (either clockwise or counterclockwise). Repeat for 10-15 repetitions, depending on your fitness level.
